  • practical way to make sense of what your body and spirit’s saying and what the next steps are (if any).

  • space for reflection and clarity encouraging self-empowerment and devotion to your whole being. 

  • bridge between you and the wellbeing tools, advice and information you choose to interact with.

  • sanctuary of peace where you can explore and be with what’s in your body, mind and soul away from influence or noise.

s y n e r g y Sessions are designed to offer you the time and space to: rejuvenate your body, support your nervous system and re/connect with your inner wisdom.

how we do this & what’s involved

online single sessions or 6 week & 12 week packages available

Drawing on a range of approaches and tools, each session will meet you as the whole being you are with care and practicality. My intention is to assist you in feeling empowered, connected and inspired - in whatever ways are suitable for you.

We’ll begin with a welcome ritual to settle in, then allow you to chat about anything on your mind or heart. From there we follow where and what in your being needs loving attention, care and support, with a body and nervous system centred focus held through our time together.

Your session/s may involve: bringing awareness to areas of your body, gentle questions and observations, remote muscle testing, intuitive insights, self-given practices/touch and the use of supportive tools such as scent.

I’ll provide personalised guidance and recommendations (where relevant) for practices, products or practitioners you can explore.

All sessions are totally customised to suit you at that time.
